Orea Empreendimentos is a real-estate developer founded in 2013, specialized in the development of high-standard construction projects. Our portfolio includes the construction of business-dedicated, hospitals and medical practice buildings.

History

In the core of OREA’s DNA lies family entrepreneurship strength, whose business origin dates back to 1964. It has been almost 60 years of entrepreneurial history in diverse economic sectors, ranging from medical, hospital, agricultural undertakings to investments in real-estate projects.

Management

José Aécio Fernandes Vieira Filho

Mr. Fernandes Vieira Filho was born in Oxford-UK, on September 27, 1970. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from UFPE – Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and from University of West Georgia-UWG, 1984, and a specialization on Business Negotiation from Harvard Law School – USA.

Throughout his 30-year career, he has invested in various segments, such as health, agriculture, beverages industry and real estate market. He was a shareholder, an officer and advisor to projects and to large and medium size undertakings.

In 2013, he founded with his siblings OREA EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA, a company oriented to real estate development.

In the field of social responsibility, he is the founding president (2010) of Instituto Constelação, a charitable organization dedicated to providing education, health and sports to socially vulnerable children.
